Visual Review

The colour sits confidently in that elegant salmon zone, with a medium transparency that feels deliberate rather than shy. The wine is clear and brilliantly bright in the glass, looking fresh, precise, and exactly where a rosé of this style should be visually. Nothing flashy, nothing dull, just quietly appealing.

Aroma Review

The nose immediately turns up the volume. Aromatically, this wine does not hold back. The intensity is very pronounced, opening with a clearly floral and inviting profile that feels generous and upbeat. Fresh strawberry notes come through with ease, giving it that classic rosé charm, while a subtle minty touch adds a cool, refreshing edge. It brings a breezy lift to the bouquet and keeps things from drifting into predictable territory. The range may not be vast, but what’s there is clean, expressive, and well put together.

Taste Review

The body is light, the alcohol presence remains discreet, and the acidity sits comfortably at a medium level. What stands out is a slightly surprising waxy texture that softens the initial attack. It gently delays the rush of acidity, allowing the flavours to settle before everything snaps back into refreshing balance. The wine is dry, with a pleasant mouthfeel and medium viscosity that adds just enough structure without weighing things down
Flavour intensity is distinct, and the overall balance is spot on. Complexity stays in the average range, which suits the style, and the finish is moderately long and genuinely pleasant, leaving the palate clean and ready for another sip. The experience as a whole is highly enjoyable, relaxed, and well judged.

One small but notable detail is temperature. Unlike many rosés that are happiest ice cold, this one shows more personality when served slightly warmer. Around 12 to 15 degrees brings out more texture and aromatic nuance than the colder 8 to 10 degrees suggested on the label.
