Visual Review

The color sits confidently in the glass with a pale ruby hue. It is clear, intense, and visually satisfying. A shade that could signal lightness before the first swirl.
Aroma Review
The aromatic intensity sits slightly on the quieter side, but it remains clean and well defined. Plum leads the way with ripe, dark fruit character. A gentle crack of black pepper adds spice without shouting about it. In the background, there is a light touch of vanilla that suggests oak influence, subtle yet unmistakable. The overall impression is composed and tidy, with enough variety to keep it interesting.

Taste Review
It is dry, clearly structured, and immediately distinct in flavor. Medium acidity keeps everything lively, which is essential because the alcohol is generous and does bring warmth. Thankfully, the acidity holds it in place beautifully, preventing the warmth from taking over. The body gives weight without heaviness
Tannins are soft and velvety, surprisingly polished, yet they are undeniably present. They frame the wine rather than dominate it. Oak maturation shows itself again, adding subtle layers that deepen the overall profile and contribute to a moderately complex structure
Balance here is excellent. Fruit, spice, oak, alcohol, and acidity all seem to understand their roles.
The finish lingers with confidence, long and pleasant, leaving behind ripe fruit and gentle spice that refuse to disappear too quickly. The overall tasting experience is genuinely enjoyable, the kind that makes the glass empty faster than intended.
With its structure, acidity, and integrated oak, this wine also promises very good aging potential. It feels built to evolve rather than fade.
