Tasting Notes:

Zivā Rosé profile

Visual Review

The intensity is pretty transparent, revealing a delicate hue of pale salmon, with an impeccable clarity, and a crystal-clear appearance.

Aroma

The nose of Zivā Rosé Wine is quite appealing, offering a good variety of aromas that are sure to intrigue. The quality of the nose is good, featuring subtle notes of melon and rose. There’s a noticeable presence of tree fruit that adds a fresh dimension, while the strong presence of floral notes enhances its aromatic complexity.

Taste

However, when it comes to taste, Zivā Rosé Wine falls short of expectations. The acidity is very light, and the body is similarly light, which doesn’t provide the refreshing quality one might hope for in a rosé. The alcohol content is also light, and the viscosity is very light, making the wine feel somewhat thin on the palate.

While the sweetness is noticeable, it is marred by a very light presence of tree fruit and tropical fruit, which feels somewhat artificial.

The flavor intensity is weak, and the wine’s balance is poorly managed, leaving it tasting disjointed. The complexity is limited, offering little depth or intrigue. The finish is disappointingly short, leaving the palate almost as soon as the wine is swallowed. The taste of Zivā Rosé Wine is a letdown compared to its enticing nose, making it a less than refreshing choice.
