DRINKS REVIEW:
Maffei offers a good selection of Indian wines, making it a fantastic spot for wine enthusiasts. The restaurant boasts a thoughtfully curated list, featuring standout bottles from Fratelli, Grover and Sula with a pretty broad choice of varietals. The display of Fratelli bottles adds a touch of elegance to the ambiance. Although there are a few errors on the wine list, such as the inclusion of “Cabernet Sangiovese”, the overall selection is commendable. Regrettably only a few Indian wines are available by the glass, and the Fratelli Cabernet Sauvignon I ordered was served too cold. Unfortunately the wine bottle was not presented. The overall experience at Maffei is still pleasant.
