Visual Review

Fratelli Sangiovese Bianco presents itself with intensity, showcasing a hue of yellow that is both inviting and classic. The wine is clear and brilliant, making it visually appealing in the glass. Intriguingly, the label mentions Sangiovese Bianco 100%, a varietal that doesn’t actually exist (Sangiovese is a black varietal, but the skin is separated before fermentation so its colour does not impact the wine).
Aroma Review
The aroma of Fratelli Sangiovese Bianco is strong and appealing, drawing you in with a variety of scents. The nose quality is good, offering hints of almond, a light presence of citrus fruit, and a bit of pear. There’s a pleasant freshly cut fruits aroma that makes the wine seem vibrant and enticing.

Taste Review
The wine is dry, with a note of pith, which adds a slightly unpleasant bitter element that disrupts the balance of the wine and lingers persistently. The finish is moderate, but the overall tasting experience is still pretty enjoyable. However, despite the promising nose, the acidity could be more pronounced.
A very interesting wine, one I appreciated more for its uniqueness and character than for its actual quality. An intriguing experience, if not entirely convincing.
