Tasting Notes:

Visual Review

This wine is pretty transparent, with a clear and intense pale ruby hue, making it look easy to drink.

Aroma Review

The intensity is strong and appealing, pulling you in with a variety of delightful scents. You get a good mix of cedar, leather, and tobacco—just enough to make you feel like you’re about to sip something sophisticated. Then, the red fruits show up in full force: raspberry, red cherry, strawberry—it’s like a fruit parade in your nose. Seriously, the nose quality is solid, and every whiff makes you more eager to dive in.

Taste Review

This is where things get really fun. The acidity is medium, making it smooth but not overly sharp. The body is light, and so are the tannins, which gives it an easygoing vibe. Nothing to get knocked over, the alcohol brings a subtle pleasant warmth.

The flavors are distinct and delicious—raspberry, red cherry, strawberry, and blackberry all make an appearance, with a strong presence of red fruit throughout.

It’s dry, balanced beautifully, and has a moderate complexity that keeps things interesting. The finish is moderately long and pleasant, leaving a lingering sense of satisfaction. It’s a very enjoyable wine overall, with good aging potential. On the downside, the lack of body makes it difficult to pair with food, that easily overpowers it. I think it works better on its own.

All in all, Amby Tempranillo The Class is the kind of wine that makes you feel like you’re in on a little secret—a bottle that’s perfect for those relaxed, laid-back evenings when you want something that’s enjoyable, but not overly fussy. It’s a glass of fun with a bit of sophistication thrown in for good measure.
