Aroma Review
On the nose, Ambi CB offers an optimistic start with an appealing intensity. The aroma shows some variety, with a good quality nose.
There’s a delightful hint of linden and a touch of honey and toast. These notes make for a pleasant aromatic experience that hints at a well-crafted wine.
Taste Review
However, tasting Ambi CB reveals a more cautious perspective. The wine’s light acidity and body, combined with medium alcohol warmness and light viscosity, set the stage for a sweet profile.
While there are interesting flavors of passionfruit, toast, and honey, the noticeable flavor intensity is overshadowed by a sweetness that feels overly dominant.
The balance is noticeably off, leading to limited complexity and a moderate, unremarkable finish. This wine could have been interesting, but it’s unfortunately spoiled by an unpleasant sweetness that detracts from its overall appeal.
