Visual Review

The wine sits in the glass with a pretty transparency that immediately signals freshness. The pale gold hue is clean and luminous.

Aroma Review

The aromas are clear and expressive without being overwhelming. There is a reassuring Sauvignon Blanc backbone here, led by bright grapefruit, followed closely by a more intriguing guava note that adds a playful tropical twist. Herbaceous hints of straw keep everything grounded. The overall aromatic profile feels well-defined and confident, with good variety.

Taste Review

Acidity is high and refreshing, bringing a sharp, clean zing that wakes everything up without turning aggressive. Medium body, agile and easy to drink. Alcohol warmth is neatly tucked in, doing its job quietly in the background. The wine is clearly dry, with fruit flavours carrying the experience rather than any sense of sweetness.
Flavour intensity is strong and persistent, driven by citrus and fruit but lifted by poetic herbaceous notes hinted at earlier. A light green capsicum character makes a subtle appearance, very typical of Nashik whites, yet well-behaved enough not to steal the spotlight. The acidity and fruit work together effortlessly, giving the palate energy without sharp edges. Complexity is engaging, and the finish stretches out long and pleasant, leaving behind freshness and clarity rather than fatigue

The tasting experience is genuinely enjoyable, refreshing, and surprisingly composed. There is enough structure and balance here to suggest good ageing potential, even if it is already doing an excellent job right now.
